Here's the base image of the
history ride flyer that I put together using an old postcard of downtown Glendale that I own and a creative commons licensed
flickr photo from
Ben Ostrowsky. Note that
108 N. Brand is visible in the postcard, and that the Pacific Electric rail depot is still at the corner of Brand and Broadway.
The Security Trust and Savings bank was built on that site in 1923, so the postcard pre-dates that.
