Wow, this is messed up. I don't think I've ever seen a car on blocks in Burbank or Glendale before, much less a brand new M3. Glendale did have a rash of BMW emblem theft about a year ago, but this is another level of wrong. It still has the temporary registration taped inside the windshield. This is one of the best handling cars you can buy today...with wheels, of course.
