Chuy's, one of the largest restaurant tenants in the beleagured Exchange complex, has closed.I've been tracking the depopulation of The Exchange closely, but I had no idea Chuy's was going under until I saw this chalk outline on the ground at the entrance at Maryland and Wilson:
