For those of you upset over the very late, very loud fireworks display last night: here is a customer service script I saw behind the concierge desk at the Americana. As soon as the concierges were distracted, I reached over the counter and snapped a pic. For what it's worth, I live a half mile from the Americana and didn't receive a courtesy letter.I doubt fireworks displays will be a regular feature at the Americana, and it actually was pretty damn cool to watch once you realized it wasn't gang warfare.
