Glendale PD Won't Register Bikes

According to the desk officer at Glendale police headquarters this afternoon, the Glendale Police Department no longer registers bicycles. Bicycle registration is still mandatory according to the Glendale Municipal Code.

I was hoping for another shiny metal thing to put on my bike.
